Fermented foods not only bring a delicious and unique twist to your kitchen, but they are also incredibly beneficial for your gut health!

In this class, we will empower our attendees with the knowledge they need to use ancient techniques to preserve foods that can spice up any dish. Kimchi, sauerkraut, and fermented pineapple are just the beginning!

One ticket includes a pint-sized jar of each recipe for you to take home. Tickets are $18 for public, $9 for Market Members, and $5 for neighbors.
