THE PLACE TO SHOP FOR REAL. FAIR. FOOD.
The Urban Roots Community Market is a Co-Operative Style food store located inside of our Education Center at 1316 Madison Avenue, SE. Now in its third iteration (thanks to the success of our Kickstarter Campaign!), the market continues to add products that we all love to eat. But what makes our market so special? Our market is small, but full of options (with an emphasis on local!) that encourage all of us to move towards happier food choices. You will find real, and realistic for your lifestyle foods here - but without the pressures of candy, cookie, and convenience aisles.
The membership model for you to invest in the place that you shop is now live! At the URCM, we offer a two-tiered pricing structure where membership allows for you to access the lower, near at-cost prices. For only $50 a year, you can become a Community Market Member too! When you purchase a membership at our Community Market, we donate a FREE membership to someone who needs a boost.
