CSA Share

from 0.00

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a way for residents of a community to have direct access to fresh, high quality produce grown and cared for by local farmers. As a member of a CSA, you invest in a ‘share’ of the farm receiving a bag of produce each week as part of your investment in Urban Roots. As a CSA member, one shares in the risks and benefits of the growing season as drought, frost, or abundant sunshine may cause variability in how much produce is harvested.

We would love for our CSA members to get involved if time and energy allows you. There will be several volunteer opportunities throughout the season as well as the open invitation to stop by and spend time with us, our neighbors, and other CSA members during pick-up or otherwise. We want to share our space with you. In addition, please remember to bring your own reusable bag each week to pick up your share.

This is our fourth year doing a CSA, we are excited to hear your thoughts / feedback / suggestions. We look forward to growing with you in 2016 and say thanks for being a part of the urban agriculture initiative in the City of Grand Rapids.
