urban roots community farm & education center
Our mission is to cultivate durable and resilient families, communities, and ecosystems through urban agriculture.
The Community Farm is a place where neighbors can come together side by side; growing food, sharing meals, making connections, and simply being human together.
Located at 1316 Madison Ave SE Grand Rapids, MI 49507, the community farm is the heart of our work. Since 2015, we have been proud to collaborate with Madison Square neighbors and our community partners in cultivating this local food and education asset.
Join us and participate in 2017's growing season! We encourage you to reach out and discover ways you can grow, eat & learn with us.
